Day 6

Welcome to Day 6 of the 21 Day Rejuvenating Challenge!

Wake up Early

Gratitude

Write another 3 things you are grateful for. Please use a new 3 things to be grateful for .

Another benefit of writing gratitude is that it allows us to savour positive experiences. Often, we tend to forget about the good things that happen to us quickly, while dwelling on the negative experiences for much longer. By writing down what we are grateful for, we create a record of positive moments and achievements. When we revisit these moments, we can relive the joy and happiness they brought us, even if it's just for a brief moment. This practice of savoring positive experiences can also help us build resilience and cope with difficult times.

Affirmation

Write with your non-dominant hand today's affirmation: My inner vision is clear and unclouded

Meditation

Mantra Meditation: Repeat a calming word, phrase, or sound to quiet your mind and deepen your focus.

We will use a repeating phrases from Ho'opono'pono

Ho'oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The word itself can be broken down into "ho'o," which means to cause, "pono," which means righteousness, and "ponopono," which means to make right. The practice is deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture and spirituality.

The modern adaptation of Ho'oponopono is often associated with a specific mantra or prayer that goes like this:

"I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you."

These four phrases are repeated as a way of taking responsibility, seeking forgiveness, expressing gratitude, and affirming love. The idea is that by using this mantra, individuals can cleanse themselves of negative energy, release emotional baggage, and heal relationships.

It's essential to note that different variations of Ho'oponopono exist, and the interpretation and application of the practice may vary. Some people use it as a form of self-help and personal development, while others approach it as a spiritual and cultural practice deeply tied to Hawaiian traditions.

Intermittent fasting using the 16/8 method involves cycling between a 16-hour fasting window and an 8-hour eating window. To start, choose a convenient time frame for your eating window, such as noon to 8 pm. During the 16-hour fasting period, consume only non-caloric beverages like water, tea, or black coffee to support hydration and reduce hunger. Break your fast with a balanced meal that includes protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates to provide sustained energy. Throughout the 8-hour eating window, focus on nutrient-dense foods and avoid excessive processed sugars and refined carbs. Stay consistent with the timing, and over time, your body may adapt to this pattern, promoting better metabolism and potential health benefits. It's essential to listen to your body..
