Intermittent fasting using the 16/8 method . Have you tried a longer Fast?24 hour?36 hour ? Remember to watch the video so you know what you want to acheive. Weight loss?Gut Reset?Autophagy?

Healthy Eating increasing your protein

Check out Week 3 meal plan and recipes but remember to eat in the 8 hour window of fasting and keep drinking your water.
